Acceptance of Terms
By downloading, installing, or using Tone AI (“the App”), you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.
Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old to use the App.
App Usage
Tone AI delivers personalized stretching and mobility routines, habit reminders, and progress tracking. You agree to use the App only for lawful purposes and in compliance with these Terms.
User Accounts & Data
To unlock Pro features, you may create an account and provide your name and email address. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure.
Subscriptions & Payments
Premium features require a paid subscription. All payments are processed through Apple’s App Store or Google Play. Subscriptions auto‐renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.
License Grant
We grant you a limited, non‐exclusive, non‐transferable license to use Tone AI for personal, non‐commercial purposes.
Modifications & Updates
We may modify, suspend, or discontinue the App (or any part) at any time without notice.
Termination
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access if you violate these Terms.
Disclaimer of Warranties
The App is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Tone AI and its developers are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States.
Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
